Equipment Failure Report
Two processing stages:
- Problem Report: Initiated to notify maintenance personnel of an equipment failure and provide a minimum amount of data to describe problem conditions
- Repair Report: Used to report repair details and event consequences once repair work is completed
Data specifications delineate what data are to be collected in what manner, e.g. consistent with ISO 14224:2016, Table 6 "Failure data."
System validations ensure compliance with data rare collected in each of the two processing stages (required data are different in each stage)
